This Report details our efforts to ensure equitable economic opportunities for firms seeking to do business with St. Louis County government. This Report not only illustrates our progress to date in key areas of business diversity development, but also lets us know how much work remains to be done.
St. Louis County Ordinance 27,043 (2018) established the County’s Minority and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) program. The ordinance requires the County, among other things, to have an annual public forum detailing the participation of M/WBEs on County contracts. Below you will find the information presented by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the M/WBE Public Forum on February 27th, 2019.
